How we got started
Rock Hill Epoxy Flooring began after one too many calls about garage floors that peeled within a season. Nearly every one had the same history: a thin coat rolled over a slab that was never ground. We set out to do it the slower, more thorough way, with real grinding, crack repair and moisture checks on every job.
We work on houses, shops, warehouses and storefronts. The people who prep your concrete are the same people who mix and spread the coating, so nothing gets lost in a handoff.
What guides our work
- Bond comes first. No coating outlasts the surface it sits on.
- Fit the system to the space. A shop and a laundry room need different builds.
- Test, do not guess. Humid summers make moisture checks worth the time.
- Leave it clean. Dust control, covered walls and a swept driveway at the end.
- Explain everything. Cure times, care and warranty are covered before we begin.
